Send us things we can verify. CoAs, order reports, network captures, screen recordings of calculation errors, privacy regressions, or anything you think we got wrong. Evidence beats opinion every time, and the more specific you are, the faster we can act on it.

We read every message. We can't reply to every one — but corrections and reviewable evidence go to the front of the queue and feed directly into the next scoring round.

Tip: include the vendor or app name, the date of your order or test, and any file references in the message itself. Attachments via the form are fine; large files can be linked from cloud storage.
